At Rough Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return most items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package to our designated distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
